Most answers are below. If yours isn't, we answer email and phone 24/7 — a real person, not a queue.
Pick a date and time on the experience page, choose your tickets, and check out. Most listings confirm instantly — your voucher lands in your inbox within seconds. A few need the operator to confirm availability first; those say so before you pay and are confirmed within 24 hours.
No. Your voucher lives on your booking page and in your confirmation email, with a QR code the operator scans on arrival. A screenshot works fine — so does a printout if you prefer paper.
Dates and guest counts can't be edited after payment. Cancel (if your listing allows it) and rebook, or email support@tourlies.com and we'll ask the operator on your behalf.
Check spam first, then look up your booking with your reference and email on the find my booking page. If it isn't there, the payment likely didn't complete — nothing was charged.
Yes. Book as normal and put the traveller's name as the lead guest. The voucher is valid for whoever presents it.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Payments are processed by Stripe — Tourlies never sees or stores your full card number.
At checkout, for the full amount. There are no deposits and no charges on arrival unless a listing explicitly mentions an on-site fee (park entry, gratuity, equipment).
Prices are shown and charged in the currency on the listing — usually USD. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee.
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any service fee is itemised on the payment summary before you confirm.
If a payment fails or a hold expires, your bank may show a temporary authorisation. It drops off on its own, typically within a few business days.
It depends on the listing. Most offer free cancellation up to a stated window before the start time — usually 24 hours. The exact policy is shown on the experience page, at checkout and on your voucher. Some listings are non-refundable; those are labelled clearly before you pay.
Open your booking page and press Cancel booking. You'll see the refund amount before you confirm. Full details are in our cancellation policy.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved. Your bank sets the final timing.
You get a full refund, automatically, with no questions and no fee. If weather or minimum numbers forced the change, the operator will usually offer an alternative date first — taking it is entirely your choice.
No-shows aren't refundable. If something genuinely went wrong — a delayed flight, a medical emergency — email us with your reference and we'll take it up with the operator.
In your confirmation email and on your booking page. It carries your reference (like TRL-7K3M9Q) and a signed QR code.
The operator scans it at the meeting point and it's marked redeemed on the spot. Each code is signed and single-use, so a screenshot can't be reused by someone else.
Give the operator your booking reference and the lead traveller's name — they can look you up in their portal without the code.
Scanning it opens a public verification page showing the reference, experience, date and status. That page can't redeem anything — only the operator's portal can.
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account keeps your bookings, wishlist and receipts in one place, and lets you review afterwards.
Sign up with the same email you used at checkout and past bookings attach themselves automatically.
Email privacy@tourlies.com from your account address. We keep booking and payment records where tax and accounting law requires — see the privacy policy.
Apply through Sell on Tourlies. We review every operator — licences, insurance, and a real conversation — before anything goes live. Approval usually takes a few days.
Nothing up front. We take a commission on completed bookings only, agreed with you before your first listing publishes.
Payouts run through Stripe on a rolling schedule after each experience takes place. Track them in the supplier portal.
Open the scanner in your supplier portal and scan the guest's QR code, or type the reference. It works on any phone browser.
Every review on Tourlies comes from someone who actually booked and went. We invite reviews by email after the experience date — there is no way to leave one without a completed booking, and we never accept paid or incentivised reviews.
Reviews are moderated for one thing only: whether they break the rules. We remove personal data, abuse, discriminatory language, spam and anything about a problem the reviewer never gave the operator a chance to fix. We do not remove a review for being negative, and operators cannot delete reviews about them.
Operators can reply once, publicly, under any review. Replies are held to the same standards as reviews.
A listing's score is the plain average of its published ratings, shown alongside the review count so you can judge how much weight it carries. Operator scores are the average across all of their listings, weighted by how many reviews each one has.
Report a review from the listing page, or email support@tourlies.com with the link. We investigate every report and tell you what we decided.
Have your booking reference handy (it looks like TRL-7K3M9Q) and we'll get straight to it.
